You must understand the following knowledge before binding Google Verification Code
1.Google Authenticator resembles U shield of the banks. Verification code on it is refreshed regularly. You should input and submit the code in limited effective time.
The blue pie graph inside yellow square displays the countdown. If left time for one code is too limited, you could wait a moment for the next one.
Words inside the red square is your account name. It is to remark which exchange you are trading in and what your account name is in that exchange.
861115 is the verification code that you are going to input.
2.Every time the page is refreshed, a new QR code and relative secret key will be displayed. If you scan more than one QR code, there will be more than one verification code displayed on your phone. But you could merely use one verification code for each exchange, hence it is strongly suggested to leave one verification code to bind and delete all the others.
3.Each time the page is refreshed, a new QR code and relative secret key will be generated. If you refresh the page, the former QR code and relative secret key will disappear. Hence, it is necessary for you to backup the QR code and secret key that you are going to bind.
4.Mobile phone lost? Or bound verification code lost? If you had the backup, then just bind the backup QR code or secret key to your new phone. If carelessly deleted the bound code, you could also bind the backup to your phone. But if you don’t have the backup, you’ll have to submit a work order to the exchange and wait for customer service to reset for you. So it’s important for you to backup your QR code and relative secret key.
1.For iPhone, you could scan the QR code directly to get your verification code.
2.For Android phone without Googleplay on it, You could manually input the secret key.
In order to avoid inputting errors, you can input the secret key by copying and pasting.
Account name: you could use any account name you like. For example, you may use JEX13888888, it may signify your account name on JEX exchange is 13888888. It’s just a nickname.
Your secret key: It’s the string above QR code. You may manually input it or copy & paste it. And you should be case sensitive and check if it’s time-based before clicking the button. If everything OK, just click the button to generate your Google verification code.
3.Back to the binding page
As Google verification code refreshes in short time, you could first click getting phone verification code and input it into the page. Then to catch Google verification code and enter it as well. After 2 steps above, binding button could be clicked.
4.What if the system prompts Google verification code inputted is wrong? First, you need to check whether Google verification code has already been refreshed. If so, try again with the new code. If system still prompts the same error, then you can contact customer service to resolve the problem.
5.Click the binding button to bind your Google verification code.
