What should I do if I can't receive the email verification code or receive the email?
In general, please check the following items one by one:
Is the email address accurate?
Is the mailbox client receiving and sending normal?
Please check spam folder in email system to search the email
If the above operations are confirmed, you still cannot receive the email, Please add the JEX email sender (email@example.com) to the whitelist of the corresponding email address.
It is recommended to use Gmail and other common mailboxes.
