The locked account of JEX platform is usually the result of the entry of password for too many times. You may try the operation again two hours later.
If your account maintained the status of “locked” two hours later, please contact customer service and provide following info:
- JEX account and account screenshot
- Full-face photo of ID card (no larger than 2M)
- Reverse side photo of ID card (no larger than 2M)
- Full-face photo of yourself with a brief note and your ID card in hand (The words “activate the account” are on the note. And the picture should be no larger than 2M)
