How is ADL sequence determined: Binance JEX’s ADL system ranks long position holders and short position holders separately. Traders with higher profit rates and using higher leverage rank highest on the two lists.

**For Long Position Holders**

** **

- If a trader’s unrealized PNL is >=0

Trader’s PNL Proportion = (Mark Price - Average Entry Price) / Average Entry Price

Sequence = Trader’s PNL Proportion * Mark Price / (Mark Price - Bankruptcy Price)

- If a trader’s unrealized PNL is <0

Trader’s PNL Proportion = (Average Entry Price - Mark Price) / Average Entry Price

Sequence = Trader’s PNL Proportion / Mark Price / (Mark Price - Bankruptcy Price)

**For Short Position Holders**

** **

- If a trader’s unrealized PNL is >=0

Trader’s PNL Proportion = (Average Entry Price - Mark Price) / Average Entry Price

Sequence = Trader’s PNL Proportion * Mark Price / (Mark Price - Bankruptcy Price)

- If a trader’s unrealized PNL is <0

Trader’s PNL Proportion = (Mark Price - Average Entry Price) / Average Entry Price

Sequence = Trader’s PNL Proportion / Mark Price / (Mark Price - Bankruptcy Price)
